I offer more than other inspectors by including an Indoor Air Quality test w/ each inspection. I also give a 90 day home & termite warranty, providing peace of mind. As an OSHA certified Mold Specialist, we have performed over 2500 mold remediations, with less than a 2% callback– (nobody is perfect).
